Black Cherry Cheesecake
1 packet Marie biscuits (crumbed)
125g margarine melted
25ml castor sugar
Mix the above together and press down in oblong Pyrex dish. Place in fridge.
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 carton smooth cream cheese
1 cup cream
Beat condensed milk and lemon juice until very thick and add to cream cheese mixture. Best cream until very thick and add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in. Pour over base. Place in fridge.
1 tin black cherries (stones removed)
1 teaspoon gelatine.
Decorate with black cherries. Heat juice, dissolve gelatine in boiling water and add to juice. Allow to cool and throw over cheesecake.
